- Reservation conditions: A reservation becomes definitive by registering your bank card in our secure hotel system. We do not accept checks.
- Cancellation policy: any stay started is due in full. Your stay can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date. After this period, 30% of the total amount of your stay will be retained until 7 days before your arrival. 50% up to 2 days before your arrival date, then 100% in case of cancellation 48 hours before your arrival date.
- Check-in/Check-out: Arrivals begin at 4:00 p.m. Departure is possible until 11:00 a.m.
- Payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, holiday vouchers (ANCV).
- Any damage caused by a guest to the room during their stay will be charged, including costs for supplies and labor associated with repairs.
- Loss of the room key given to you will be charged €50 and must be paid on site.
